A week to go

Just one week left and regular classes are over and done! Of course, my initial reaction upon knowing this was excitement. I was elated. Exuberant to the fact that it's only just one week of sacrifice until I'm free! (sacrifice=studying) With days getting nearer to the final exams, come lots of projects and requirements to accomplish. So, I have already set my mind to focus on doing these tasks so as to at least make the last week of classes worthwhile. Aside from the overjoyed feeling that we are near graduation, I can't help but look back and reminisce my one hell of a roller coaster ride high school life. I look back on my 'dead kid' days as a freshman, my first commute from school to house, the intramurals every school year, the suitors, the crushes, the terror teachers, the friendly teachers, the games, the school activities, the class discussions, the practices, the hectic schedules, the bullying, the cheating or shall I say, teamwork, the canteen, the laughter with friends and old classmates etc. All of these have contributed in my high school experience.

I won't say much about my love-hate relationship with high school. I won't say my thank yous yet to people who had their fair share of learnings with me. I shall reserve that point of discussion on my graduation blog soon. I just can't help but ponder on what will happen next after this stage. The future kind of scares me. But I shall live on the present and live by the cliche, whatever happens, happens. If it's meant to be, it will be. :)
